Monosan is a vasodilator Czech production. • prevents platelets from sticking together, as a result of which the likelihood of thrombosis is reduced.

The effect of the active substance is observed approximately 40 minutes after taking the drug, and lasts approximately up to 10 hours. The drug is excreted from the body in the urine.

Indications for use

Monosan tablets are prescribed for the following pathologies:

• chronic heart failure;
• increased blood pressure in the pulmonary circulation;
• prevention of the development of angina pectoris (chest pain caused by insufficient oxygen supply to the heart muscle);
• prevention of the development of ischemic heart disease (partial or complete disruption of blood supply to the heart muscle);
• spasms in the peripheral arteries;
• restoration of heart function after myocardial infarction.

Contraindications
